The location was fantastic! We easily explored the vibrant Zona Rosa with the kids, and the hotel was just a short distance from great restaurants. The blackout curtains helped us recover from jetlag after busy days out in the city.
In my wife’s opinion, the parking situation could really be improved for families. It was quite inconvenient having to walk to retrieve our car every time.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We loved visiting the Angel of Independence and exploring Chapultepec Park. The room was clean, and the staff was super helpful. The breakfast was decent too, but remember to check for vegan options, as they had limited variety.
We experienced some slow service with our checkout. It took a while to resolve a wrong invoice, which was a bit frustrating.

The location in Zona Rosa is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The spacious Standard King Room was clean and featured a comfortable, large double bed. However, the air conditioning unit outside the window was noisy in the morning, and the bathroom showed signs of mold, which was disappointing given the otherwise tidy space.

We had such a fun time during our three-night stay, particularly enjoying the cozy Standard King Room and the blackout curtains helped us catch up on sleep after our travels! There were plenty of relaxation options, like the lovely pool and a chill lounge area where we unwound in the evenings. The only small issue was the AC not working perfectly at first, but the staff was quick to respond. 😊

It was just a commendable fit for a budget stay in Mexico City with great value-to-price ratio. The shower was spacious, but I found it a bit loud when turning on the faucet. Bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

The culinary scene is lit! Pixza's pizzas had me drooling, and Helado Obscuro's ice cream is a must-try! Plus, the staff at the hotel were super friendly and the location is on point! Easy stroll to fabulous restaurants and shops.
Breakfast wasn't included. they charged $252 MX for a decent buffet, but the hot food was barely warm.
